How do I protect my jewelry before shipping to buyers?

I just started selling high quality Japanese pearl jewelry on eBay store and shipped the first earrings to buyers in CA, but he seemed try to change my pearl and return the damaged earrings for refund. How do I protect my jewelry especially earrings before shipping? Is there any bar code or sticker for earring jewelry? or any good suggestion? Thank you for all answers.

you should get your jewerly stamped and a verification note of originality should be attached to it by some authentic jewelry examiners. When you attached these documents and the will stamp the jeweley than there will be less chances of such mishaps.
